I'm having trouble breathing for the last couple of days. My chest just feels really heavy, and I'm needing to take deeper breaths than usual. Weirdly, my nose isn't blocked, and there isn't any pain anywhereeverything else seems normal. Can you help me figure out what's going on and how I can fix it?

View allI'm really worried because I've had this cough for about 10 days now. I tried taking Banocide and Zyrcold, but they didn't help. I'm thinking about trying Azax 500, but I'm unsure if it's safe for me to take. Could you give me some advice on this?

I'm a bit worried about my husband. He had covid and got over it by April 14th, but his tests showed minimal lung fibrosis. Since then, he's taken steroids for five days and used a symbicort inhaler for a month. His CRP and D-dimer levels are normal, and his oxygen levels have been fine even during the covid infection. He doesn't have any breathing issues or cough and can do normal physical activities without any problems. The doctor mentioned it might clear up in 6 to 8 weeks, but I'm anxious to know if we should do more tests to confirm if the fibrosis is gone or if we're doing okay just watching and waiting. What do you think?
Pulmonologist opinion is advised to the patient.

I'm wondering why I sometimes have a whistling sound when I breathe and why people say I breathe heavily. I've always struggled to control my breathing, even during yoga, and I get out of breath when climbing stairs. People often say it's because I'm overweight, but even when I wasn't, I still had these breathing issues. Could there be another reason for this?
Patient is advised pulmonary function test (PFT)and a chest x-ray .
