I'm having trouble breathing through my nose and it feels like I'm not getting enough air, so I have to breathe through my mouth instead. Its especially tough when I'm sleeping, and now my chest is starting to hurt since Im always using my mouth to breathe. This reminds me of when I was young; I used to jump rope a lot, like 2000 times, and a doctor once said that caused a breathing issue for me back then. I feel like I'm going through the same thing again. What do you think might be the issue this time?

View allI'm really worried about my grandfather who's dealing with bullous emphysema. He's been on medication for about 3 years, but he's developed a cough over the past week. In the past, the doctor prescribed cepodem xp 325. With the ongoing COVID situation, we're hesitant to visit any doctor in person, so I'm wondering if he could safely take that medication now, or perhaps something called cepox cv. He's currently taking Lmontus, Abflo, and Ambrolite Levo syrup. I've heard cepodem xp 325 isnt always effective against certain bacteria, and Im just not sure what the best course of action is right now. Can you provide some guidance?

I'm really worried about my mom. She's been dealing with asthma and is on ipravent and foracort nebulizers every day. Plus, she's got allergies to some meds like the mox group and managing her BP with telma40 and cilacar 10 mg. Her creatine level is at 1.2, so she's on nefrosave. I'm wondering if it's safe for her to get the COVID vaccine. Should she go for Covishield or Covaxin, or is there something else we need to consider given her health situation?

I'm a regular weed smoker, and I've noticed lately that I'm coughing up bloody mucus. I'm pretty sure it's from my smoking habit. I think I might have bronchitis because the symptoms match up. Even before I started smoking, I used to cough every morning when I woke up. I've tried to cut back and even quit smoking. Can you tell me the best way to deal with this? Any remedies I should know about?
quitting smoking is the first and foremost thing you need to do. and then consult a pulmonologist for detailed evaluation. blood in sputum is not a small thing. don't ignore this further.
