I'm having trouble with my breathing and find it really hard to climb stairs. I just can't walk fast, and running is out of the question. Even walking for a long time is becoming a struggle. What could be causing these issues? How should I address them?

I'm 28 and have been using Budamate 200 respules for about four months now. I haven't had any attacks during this time and stopped taking it a week ago without any problems. I'm just curious about whether I should stop taking it entirely or if I should continue. If I should keep taking it, how much longer should I be on this medication?
Yes,continue same treatment. As advised by the physician.Patient is advised budesonide 200 whenever breathing difficulty is present on sos basis you can continue same treatment.

I've been dealing with a dry cough for the last three days and I've already tried Asthakind syrup twice a day for two days, but it hasn't helped at all. What else can I do or try to get some relief? Could there be something else going on that I should be worried about?
