I'm having trouble with my breathing and find it really hard to climb stairs. I just can't walk fast, and running is out of the question. Even walking for a long time is becoming a struggle. What could be causing these issues? How should I address them?

I'm really worried about my brother who was diagnosed with MDR TB. He went through three months of injections and took a lot of medicines for almost a year, but sometimes he still has a cough. It's not all day, but it happens occasionally. How can we check his current condition? What tests would show if the TB is completely gone? Would a chest X-ray help? He's not on meds anymore, so Im wondering if MDR TB is something that stays for life or if it can be fully treated. How long does the treatment usually last? Is it possible for him to be completely cured? I'm not sure what steps we should take next.

Pulmonologist opinion is advised to the patient.

I'm really worried because I've had this persistent cough for around 20 days now, and in the mornings, it's even harder because I cough up a bit of blood. Should I be concerned about a serious health issue, or could it just be something related to the changing seasons?

I've been dealing with a cough for a couple of weeks now, and it's starting to worry me. It feels really hard to breathe whenever I start coughing. Do you think there's a specific medication I should try, or is there a test I need to get done to figure out what's going on? Would appreciate any advice.
