I'm having trouble with shortness of breath at night, especially around bedtime, and I often start sneezing. I'm using a Foracort inhaler and Montair to manage it, but they only help temporarily. I'm really looking for a permanent solution. Do you have any advice on what I can do?

View allI'm really concerned about my mother. She's been diagnosed with pneumonia, and she's having a lot of trouble breathing. She's also been struggling with diabetes for about 15 years now and has thyroid issues, which makes everything more complex. I came across some of your advice, and it really struck me how optimistic and caring you are. I'm hoping you can guide us on how to tackle this lung infection effectively. What would you recommend for her situation?

I'm really concerned about my MRI scan results that showed a pleural effusion and SOL on the right side of my chest. I've already been on medication for 12 months, and the doctor mentioned that a scar might appear but said I don't need to take more medication. Should I be worried about this scar, and is it normal to stop medication now?

I'm a bit worried about my CT report that mentions I have a soft tissue pleural-based nodular lesion in the left upper lobe. It's measuring about 27x18x30 mm. I'm not sure if I should go for a biopsy or a PET scan next. Could you advise on what might be the best course of action?
