I'm having trouble with some extra ear wax in one of my ears and I'm wondering if there's any kind of drops that can soften it and help it come out on its own. Any advice would be great!

I keep getting pain on the right side of my throat and sometimes it's hard to talk. I also feel like vomiting and the muscles in that area keep pulling. The doctor said it might be because of tonsils and suggested surgery. What will happen if I don't get my tonsils removed?
I understand your symptoms. However I would need some more details to get a clear idea of what you are going through 1. The duration of your symptoms and the severity of pain 2. Associated ear pain, cold or cough 3. Any symptoms of acidity or reflux as this is a very common cause of throat pain

my doctor recommended septoplasty fess and turbinoplasty for a deviated nasal septum and bilateral ethmoid and maxillary sinusitis but I'm not sure if it's really necessary could I manage without surgery or are there other options
It's understandable to have concerns about surgery, especially when dealing with a deviated septum and sinusitis. While surgical correction (septoplasty, FESS, and turbinoplasty) can be effective for these conditions, it's not always the first or only option. You can explore alternative approaches, such as medication and lifestyle changes, to manage your symptoms before considering surgery
