I'm having trouble with some extra ear wax in one of my ears and I'm wondering if there's any kind of drops that can soften it and help it come out on its own. Any advice would be great!

My son has a 2cm swollen area on the side of his neck and we've been told it's reactive lymphoid hyperplasia. He's also been coughing a lot. I'm really concerned and I'm trying to understand what might be going on. Could you help me figure out what's happening? Is there something specific we should be worried about or watch for?

Is BPPV something I should be worried about? I've been feeling really dizzy when I go to bed or get up, and the doctor mentioned it's BPPV. Is this a serious issue?
