I'm having this weird struggle with breathing, almost like I'm suffocating. It feels like my lungs aren't getting enough air. I haven't had any fever or cough, but it's been going on for a week now. My pulse is usually kind of fast, around 90. Is there any way to fix this?

Could you please advise on how I can manage these side effects or if there are any alternative treatments I should consider?
