I'm hearing this weird metallic sound in both of my ears, and it's been going on constantly for the past couple of days. It's especially noticeable when I'm in a quiet place. Plus, I haven't been able to sleep properly for about two weeks now, no matter how hard I try. Could these things be related, and what should I do about it?

View allI'm experiencing this weird echo whenever I talk. It's like I'm hearing my own voice bouncing back at me, and I can hear it when others speak too. If I close one ear, it feels clogged, but at least the echo stops. But with both ears open, my left one feels blocked and the echo comes back. I'm not really sure what's going on. Do you think I should see an ENT specialist about this?
You can practice Valsalva for a better result, if its becoming worse visit ENT docotor for appropriate management.

I'm really worried because I was eating lunch and accidentally swallowed a chicken bone without noticing. I think it was about an inch long. At first, it got stuck and caused a lot of pain in my throat, so I quickly drank some water. But now I still feel pain when I drink. Is this something dangerous or serious? What should I do?
