I'm a heart patient and had angiography done 15 years ago. Today I woke up with vomiting and then experienced loose motions. I'm also feeling really chilly. My blood sugar is at 275 and my blood pressure is reading 155 over 105. Should I be worried about these symptoms, and what should I do next?

I've been noticing that my blood pressure levels fluctuate between 13090 and 14095, and they tend to be higher in the evenings. I'm currently on Telmisartan 40 mg and take it every morning. I'm a bit worried about whether I should keep the dosage the same or if it would be better to adjust it or even change the medication altogether. What do you think would be the best course of action?
Yes you need a combinantion of medicines, visit general physician for appropriate management and maintain healthy life style

I'm a 57-year-old man and I've just been diagnosed with high blood pressure. My doctor has prescribed telmisartan 40mg once daily. I'm wondering how long it might take for my blood pressure to get back to normal levels. Should I be concerned if there aren't any immediate changes?
It will take atleast 3-6 weeks .
