I'm just wondering about the right dosage for Zincovit tablets for a 10-year-old kid and for adults. And I'm also curious about the right dosage for Celin 500mg in both kids and adults. Is the Celin tablet chewable?

For Zincovit:
- Children (10 years old): 1 tablet (containing 20mg zinc, 100mg vitamin C, and other multivitamins) once daily after meals,
- Adults: 1-2 tablets once or twice daily after meals.
For Celin 500mg:
- Children (10 years old): 250-500mg (12 to 1 tablet) once daily,
- Adults: 500mg (1 tablet) once daily. Celin 500mg tablets are not chewable; they should be swallowed whole with water.

My 5-month-old baby has been having loose motions for the past 23 days. We've been giving her Enterogermina, Neopeptine, and Rantop, but she's still experiencing it about 23 times a day. I'm really worried and was wondering if you have any suggestions on what we could do to help her get better quickly.

Can I give suji halwa or kheer to my 8-month-old boy if he's been having loose stools for a week? Is suji good for him right now?
For an 8-month-old baby experiencing loose stools, it is important to focus on easily digestible foods. Suji (semolina) can be a good option as it is gentle on the stomach and can help firm up the stools. You can prepare suji halwa with minimal sugar and ghee for your baby. Additionally, you can also give your baby rice-based foods like rice water or rice cereal. Make sure to continue breastfeeding or formula feeding to prevent dehydration. If the loose stools persist or worsen, please consult a pediatrician for further evaluation and management.
