I'm just wondering about the right dosage for Zincovit tablets for a 10-year-old kid and for adults. And I'm also curious about the right dosage for Celin 500mg in both kids and adults. Is the Celin tablet chewable?

For Zincovit:

  • Children (10 years old): 1 tablet (containing 20mg zinc, 100mg vitamin C, and other multivitamins) once daily after meals,
  • Adults: 1-2 tablets once or twice daily after meals.

For Celin 500mg:

  • Children (10 years old): 250-500mg (12 to 1 tablet) once daily,
  • Adults: 500mg (1 tablet) once daily. Celin 500mg tablets are not chewable; they should be swallowed whole with water.

My little one is 4.5 months old and Ive noticed he always keeps his mouth open. Whenever I try to close it, he just opens it wider like he thinks something is coming his way. Is this something I should be concerned about? Could it mean something more, or is it just a phase?

-It sounds like your little one is still learning about his surroundings and his mouth is one of the first areas he explores. It's completely normal for babies at this age to have their mouths open often as they try to understand different sensations, inc

My 2-year-old daughter has been diagnosed with asthma, and I'm really worried because we've seen multiple pediatricians without much improvement. About a year ago, she started with a severe cough that lasted for around five months, and we treated her for just that before realizing it was asthma. Were currently giving her salbutamol and prednisolone, but I'm concerned about whether this is the best treatment plan or if there's something else we should consider. Could you offer any guidance or suggestions?
