I'm kind of worried and need some guidance. Its been 53 days since I might have been exposed to HIV. I used an automated Western blot system for testing and the result came back negative. Does this mean I'm definitely in the clear, or should I be concerned? What does "negative conclusion" mean in this context? I really need to understand what my next steps should be.

View allI'm really worried because I had 23 lymph nodes on my neck after finishing my TB treatment. After seeing a doctor, I was given Moxif 400 and Pantocide 40, which helped, and the nodes burst out. I was fine for a while, but now after 7 months, a single node is back with pus-like symptoms. I'm really anxious about what's the best treatment for this and how long it will take to heal. Is there a chance it could come back again after 6 or 7 months even after getting treated? Please, I need some guidance on what to do.
Yes ,continue same treatment as advised by the pulmonologist. If symptoms re-appear pulmonologist opinion is advised.

I'm trying to understand the difference between the Dengue IgG and IgM tests and the dengue NS1 test. When should one be used over the other? Are they looking for different things, and does it matter how soon after symptoms show up that you take them?
The NS1 test detects the dengue virus NS1 antigen, while the IgM from 3-5days and IgG after 7 days to detect the dengue virus antibodies.
