I'm looking for affordable medicated shampoo and oil options. My hair isnt too oily or completely dry, just kind of normal. But I do struggle with dandruff if I miss a shampoo for a while. What would you suggest I try?

I've been using Skinlite cream for about 6 months now, and I'm trying to stop, but every time I do, my face gets darker, so I've started again but only twice a week. The thing is, my face is still gradually getting darker. I'm not sure what to do. I gave Melaglow a try for fairer skin, but it didn't really work for me, so I stopped using it. Can you suggest something that would actually help brighten my skin? I've got a darker skin tone and would appreciate any advice.
That needs weaning off of Skinlite cream and using alternates, better to see Dermatologist for appropriate help

I'm a 35-year-old guy dealing with psoriasis and my doctor prescribed Clovate cream. But I'm wondering if there's another cream I could try. Also, I'm from a low-income background, so something affordable would be great. Any suggestions?
