I'm looking for affordable medicated shampoo and oil options. My hair isnt too oily or completely dry, just kind of normal. But I do struggle with dandruff if I miss a shampoo for a while. What would you suggest I try?

View allI've been struggling with a fungal infection on my scrotum for about 2 years now and I've tried so many different medications like terbinafine, fluconazole, and griseofulvin, along with fexofenadine and levocetirizine, and even injections like Taxim and Mocef, but nothing seems to work. Itraconazole helped a bit but still hasn't cleared it up completely. I'm really not sure what to do next. Can you give me some advice?

I'm struggling to find the right cream for skin lightening and some other concerns. Could you suggest something that really works?
The best cream for skin lightening and addressing various skin problems is hydroquinone cream. You can use a cream containing 4% hydroquinone once daily at night. Additionally, you can also consider using a cream containing retinol for overall skin improvement. Remember to use sunscreen during the day to protect your skin.
