I've been using Skinlite cream for about 6 months now, and I'm trying to stop, but every time I do, my face gets darker, so I've started again but only twice a week. The thing is, my face is still gradually getting darker. I'm not sure what to do. I gave Melaglow a try for fairer skin, but it didn't really work for me, so I stopped using it. Can you suggest something that would actually help brighten my skin? I've got a darker skin tone and would appreciate any advice.

View allI'm really worried about this stitch mark on my face. I can't afford laser treatment right now. Are there any other options I can try to help get rid of these marks?
Removing stitch marks can be challenging, but there are some affordable alternatives to laser treatment. *Topical Treatments* 1. *Silicone Gel or Sheets*: Apply silicone-based products to the affected area to help flatten and soften the scar tissue. 2. *Cocoa Butter or Coconut Oil*: Massage these oils into the scar tissue to promote collagen production and improve skin texture. 3. *Vitamin E Oil*: Apply vitamin E oil to the affected area to promote skin healing and reduce the appearance of scars. *Home Remedies* 1. *Aloe Vera*: Aloe vera has anti-inflammatory properties that can help soothe and calm the skin, reducing the appearance of scars. 2. *Tea Tree Oil*: Mix a few drops of tea tree oil with a carrier oil like coconut or olive oil and apply it to the affected area to promote skin healing. 3. *Turmeric*: Turmeric contains curcumin, which has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that can help reduce the appearance of scars. *Medical Treatments* 1. *Chemical Peels*: A dermatologist can perform a chemical peel to help remove the top layers of skin and reduce the appearance of scars. 2. *Microdermabrasion*: This non-invasive exfoliating treatment can help improve skin texture and reduce the appearance of scars. 3. *Steroid Injections*: A dermatologist can inject steroids into the scar tissue to help reduce inflammation and flatten the scar.

I've been on Perfectil for a couple of months now as part of my PRP treatment for thinning hair. I think it's helping, but I've suddenly gotten a lot of acne, which I've never had before. Could Perfectil be causing this, and should I keep taking it? What would you advise?
Continue same treatment.
