I'm really worried about this stitch mark on my face. I can't afford laser treatment right now. Are there any other options I can try to help get rid of these marks?

Removing stitch marks can be challenging, but there are some affordable alternatives to laser treatment.

Topical Treatments

  1. Silicone Gel or Sheets: Apply silicone-based products to the affected area to help flatten and soften the scar tissue.
  2. Cocoa Butter or Coconut Oil: Massage these oils into the scar tissue to promote collagen production and improve skin texture.
  3. Vitamin E Oil: Apply vitamin E oil to the affected area to promote skin healing and reduce the appearance of scars.

Home Remedies

  1. Aloe Vera: Aloe vera has anti-inflammatory properties that can help soothe and calm the skin, reducing the appearance of scars.
  2. Tea Tree Oil: Mix a few drops of tea tree oil with a carrier oil like coconut or olive oil and apply it to the affected area to promote skin healing.
  3. Turmeric: Turmeric contains curcumin, which has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that can help reduce the appearance of scars.

Medical Treatments

  1. Chemical Peels: A dermatologist can perform a chemical peel to help remove the top layers of skin and reduce the appearance of scars.
  2. Microdermabrasion: This non-invasive exfoliating treatment can help improve skin texture and reduce the appearance of scars.
  3. Steroid Injections: A dermatologist can inject steroids into the scar tissue to help reduce inflammation and flatten the scar.

I've been dealing with this rash near my groin area for a while now. At first, I thought it was just a shaving rash, but it's spreading. They begin as small circles and then grow into larger clusters. The rash is flat, not itchy, and has a reddish-brown color. Should I be worried about this? What could it possibly be?

It sounds like you may be experiencing a fungal infection, such as ringworm. I recommend using an antifungal cream like Lotrimin Ultra (clotrimazole) twice a day on the affected area for 2-4 weeks. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and wear loose-fitting clothing to help the healing process. If the rash does not improve or worsens, please follow up with a healthcare provider for further evaluation.

I've been dealing with this really annoying itch on my scalp for over 1520 days now. I've tried dandruff shampoos and even mixed tea tree oil with coconut oil, but nothing seems to help. There's definitely no lice or dandruff, and thankfully, my hair isn't falling out in clumps or anything, just the usual few strands. I'm starting to think this all began after I used a certain type of mehndi on my hair. Could that be the cause? What should I do next?

That could be due to dryness or fungal infection, needs evaluation, visit Dermatologist for the same
