I've been on Perfectil for a couple of months now as part of my PRP treatment for thinning hair. I think it's helping, but I've suddenly gotten a lot of acne, which I've never had before. Could Perfectil be causing this, and should I keep taking it? What would you advise?

I've been dealing with acne scars left from a breakout I had about three months ago.
