I've been on Perfectil for a couple of months now as part of my PRP treatment for thinning hair. I think it's helping, but I've suddenly gotten a lot of acne, which I've never had before. Could Perfectil be causing this, and should I keep taking it? What would you advise?

I've been dealing with this on-and-off rash that just won't leave me alone. It looks like small itchy mosquito bites on my arms, and they often swell up and even get filled with pus sometimes. Any idea what's going on or how I can make it stop?

I'm dealing with so much acne all over my face, and it's turning red and black like something's burned it. It's really irritating, and I'm getting these wrinkles and pores because of the acne. My eyes are also suffering; they're red, burning, and feel really irritated, especially behind them. A few months ago, I got something like ringworm and it turned into a huge mess. I've tried using clobetasol and powercort GM, but once I stop using them, the issues just come back. Sunlight makes it even worse, causing irritation and making my eyes tear up. My skin looks really aged with all the black and dark redness and the wrinkles. Can you please advise me on what I should do?
