I'm thinking about using a skin lightening cream, but I've got sensitive skin. Could you recommend a good option for me?

View allI've been prescribed actame c face wash, but I can't seem to find it at any nearby pharmacies. Do you have any suggestions for an alternative? I'm really keen to know what would work similarly, as I'm unsure what to use instead.
As an alternative to Actame C face wash, consider using a face wash containing salicylic acid (around 0.5-2%) and aloe vera or tea tree oil, such as Cetaphil Salicylic Acid Face Wash, Neutrogena Salicylic Acid Acne Wash, or Himalaya Neem Face Wash, which can help with acne, inflammation, and skin soothing.

I've been dealing with acne scars left from a breakout I had about three months ago. While the acne itself is gone, the scars have stuck around and I'm really looking for a cream or something that can help lighten and reduce them. Could you recommend something that works well for this? I'm feeling a bit self-conscious about these scars.

I'm dealing with phimosis and I'm looking for advice on a cream to use internally on my foreskin. I've come across betamethasone ointment and I'm really curious if it's safe to use. Can anyone help?
Sudocrem is advised for local application, for 7 days ,once daily., any side-effects consult dermat opinion.
