I'm looking at my platelet count and it's at 120, but the normal range is supposed to be above 150 according to the report I got. Should I be worried about this? A platelet count of 120 is mildly low (mild thrombocytopenia), but not typically serious unless accompanied by other symptoms like bleeding, bruising, or petechiae; platelet counts can fluctuate, but significant changes are unlikely on a daily basis
