I'm in my ninth month of pregnancy, and my amniotic fluid index is showing as 9. My consultant suggested taking a certain powder for a week. I'm really keen on understanding what kind of fluids I could drink to naturally help increase my amniotic fluid levels. Could you guide me on this? I'm a bit curious and worried.

ITS A HOME REMADY I DON'T KNOW YOU BELIEVE OR NOT. A SWEET CALLED JALEBI OF PURE GHEE100 GM OR MEDIUM SEIZED FOUR JALEBI WITH MILK IN EVERY MORNING WITHOUT MISTAKE. IT'S 100% AMNIOTIC FLUID BECOMES NORMAL.

View allI've been having really bad menstrual cramps and backaches, and I feel so much body ache about a week before my period even starts. It's gotten to the point where I can hardly walk because of the pain, and for three days, I can't sleep or even eat properly. I end up taking Meftal Spas when it just gets too much to handle. Is there anything else I can do to manage or maybe even reduce this pain?

I've been dealing with irregular periods for quite a while now, and it's really unsettling not having a fixed monthly schedule. The dates are always shifting. Could you give me some guidance on why this might be happening or what I can do about it?
Irregular periods can be caused by various factors such as hormonal imbalances, stress, or conditions like polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). I recommend consulting with a gynecologist who can evaluate your symptoms and may suggest lifestyle changes, medication, or further tests to help regulate your cycle. It's important to address this issue for your overall well-being.

I'm a bit worried about a UTI during my pregnancy and I'm trying to figure out if C tax O 200 mg and Taxim O 200 mg are the same thing. Also, is it safe to take while I'm two months pregnant? My test results showed epithelial cells 5 to 6 hpf, pus cells 3 to 5 hpf with occasional clumps, occasional granular casts, and a few bacteria. Could you help me understand this better?
