I've been having delayed periods, and my last one was on February 6th. I took a pregnancy test on March 19th, and it came back negative. My doctor suggested taking Cyclenorm E and P for two days, three times a day, which I started on March 20th. But its now March 24th, and I still havent gotten my period. There's just a little spotting. I'm kind of worried. What should I do about this?

View allI'm usually on a 30-day cycle and have PCOD. I've been going through fertility treatment and started taking Duphaston from the 16th day. My period was due on the 5th, and now it's the 12th, but I still haven't gotten it. I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative. Should I stop taking Duphaston, or is there a chance I'll get my period while still on it?
Best would be to consult gynaecologist who is treating. Otherwise wait for one more week for periods then repeat pregnancy test with morning sample urine, if negative then stop Duphaston.

I'm wondering if taking Ovacare tablets can mess with my period. I ended up taking 10 of them and now I'm worried they might cause a delay. How much of a delay could I be looking at here?
Ovacare is generally not expected to delay periods. If you or the person taking Ovacare experiences a delay in menstruation, it could be due to other factors unrelated to the supplement. If the delay persists or is accompanied by other symptoms, its advisable to consult a healthcare provider for further advice and evaluation.
