I'm noticing a lump in my armpit and I'm not sure who I should see about it. Should I start with a general physician or is it better to go straight to a specialist? Would love your advice on this.

I'm really worried about my 17-year-old sister. She's had a fever for a week now, and the doctors said it's just a normal viral fever.
