I'm noticing more and more fungal infections popping up on my face recently. I'm really wondering if it's a good idea to add Dettol to my bath water or not. Also, should I keep using regular soap, or could that be making things worse?

I recommend using an antifungal soap containing ketoconazole or terbinafine. You can use the soap to wash your face twice a day. Additionally, you can apply an antifungal cream containing clotrimazole or miconazole on the affected areas twice a day. Make sure to consult a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

View allI've been dealing with this jock itch on my inner thighs for the past year, and its really bugging me. It seemed to clear up for a bit but then keeps coming back. Sometimes the itching is just unbearable. Ive tried Ayurveda treatments and also used candid and fluconazole. Right now, Im using foredom, which helps suppress it, but sometimes it feels like it suddenly makes things worse. What should I do about this?

I'm having trouble finding a medication called doxycycline lb that my dermatologist prescribed. Can I take doxycycline tablets 100 mg and lactic acid bacillus 60 million spores instead? Is it an equivalent or should I be concerned about the differences?
