I'm noticing that my chest seems okay overall, but my nipples are unusually puffy. When I touch them, they squeeze, but there's no pain involved. Should I be concerned about this, or is it something normal that happens sometimes?

It sounds like you might be experiencing normal changes in the breast tissue, which can happen due to hormonal fluctuations, especially during pregnancy or changes in weight. As long as there's no pain or unusual lumps, it's usually nothing to worry about. However, if you're concerned or notice any changes, it's always a good idea to check with a doctor.

View allI'm a bit confused and a little worried about my blood sugar levels. My fasting blood sugar is 122, and my postprandial is 95. I always thought the postprandial level should be higher than the fasting one. Can you help me understand why this might be happening and what treatment options would be best for me? Does this mean I'm diabetic or not? I would really appreciate some guidance on this.

I've just found out that my TSH level is 5.22 and I'm a bit concerned. Can you tell me if this means I have hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism? Also, what precautions or steps should I be taking right now?
