I'm noticing this ring-like red spot on my face and it sort of reminds me of ringworm. I've started using Lobate GM cream for it. Is this the right treatment to go for, or should I be doing something different? Im a bit worried about whether I'm using the right stuff for this.

A ring red spot or rash on your face resembling ringworm may require antifungal treatment. However, Lobate GM is not appropriate for ringworm as it contains a combination of a steroid (betamethasone) and two other ingredients. Instead, you should use an antifungal cream like Terbinafine (brand name Lamisil) or Clotrimazole (brand name Lotrimin). Apply the antifungal cream twice daily on the affected area for at least 2 weeks. If the rash persists or worsens, consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.

View allI've got these dark spots and areas of darker skin on my bum, plus some stretch marks, and while I'm usually confident about my body, these things make me feel a bit uncomfortable. Could you help me figure out a solution?
The dark spots and dark skin around them may be due to hyperpigmentation. You can use a cream containing hydroquinone and tretinoin to lighten the dark spots. Apply it once at night for a few weeks. For the stretch marks, you can use a cream containing retinoids and hyaluronic acid to improve their appearance. Remember to use sunscreen during the day to protect your skin."

I've had a cyst on my head for the past two years and have been using homeopathy to manage it. The size goes down when I take the medicine but starts growing again if I stop. Could this be cancer? Should I consider surgery? My family is really worried about this
Cyst regrowth after homeopathy suggests surgical removal; most scalp cysts are benign but biopsy confirms.

I'm worried because I've had this bump on my mons pubis for about six months now. It tends to swell and becomes painful, especially during my periods, but other times it's just there, like a little ball under the skin that I can feel when I touch it. I tried using a hot compress like my gynecologist suggested. While it helped with the swelling a bit, the bump still hasn't gone away. What could this be, and should I be doing something else to treat it?
Your complain should be addressed to a Dermatologist. You may have a Bartholin's cyst. You may need to take antibiotics. Additionally, you can use a sitz bath with warm water a few times a day to help with the discomfort. If the cyst persists, you may need a procedure called marsupialization to drain it.
