I'm noticing some reddish spots on my right cheek and I've been using Melacare face cream to treat them. Is it really effective for dark spots, or should I be concerned about any side effects? If it's not recommended, could you suggest a good face cream that helps with skin glow and dark spot removal?

I've been having this really annoying itching problem all over my body that only seems to happen at night. I saw a doctor about it and took the medication they prescribed, but the itching came back. I'm taking cetirizine to try and help with the symptoms, but it's still bothering me a lot. I recently moved to Chennai about 5 months ago.
