I'm noticing some swelling inside my eyelid, and it's been quite painful for the past two days. I'm really worried about this and not sure what to do. Can you help me figure out what might be causing it and what steps I should take?

I thought my Flonase Fluticasone nasal spray was empty, but when I started pumping it before using it, I accidentally sprayed some into my left eye. I quickly rinsed it and even tried an eye bath with a shot glass. But now, I'm noticing the capillaries in the outer corner of my eye look a bit inflamed. Is this something I need to worry about, or is it okay to just wait and see if it gets better?
It sounds like you handled the situation quickly, which is great. While the slight inflammation in the corner of your eye might be a result of the spray, it should subside soon. Keep an eye on it, but if it gets worse or stays irritated, you may want to check in with a doctor for peace of mind.

I've been struggling with crossed eyes and I'm really worried about it. Are there any specific exercises or treatments that can help align my eyes properly? I'm looking for suggestions on what I can do at home.
Crossed eyes, or strabismus, can sometimes be corrected with eye exercises, but it's important to first consult with an eye specialist. Exercises like focusing on a near object and alternating focus between near and far objects may help, but treatment varies based on the cause. A doctor might also recommend corrective lenses or surgery in some cases.
