I've been dealing with redness and itching in my eyes for a day now and I'm pretty sure it's due to a dust allergy. Do you have any suggestions for a medication or treatment I could try?

I've also been feeling this strain in that eye for the same amount of time. I do have high blood pressure and diabetes, so I'm wondering if those might be connected to what's going on. I'm curious about my strabismus since I've had it since childhood. I don't have a lazy eye because both of my eyes have 69 acuity with 4D power. If I decide to get cosmetic surgery for the squint, what are the chances I'll end up with perfectly aligned eyes and no recurrence of the squint for the rest of my life? From what I've read, recurrence seems to happen mainly in people with a lazy eye, but since I'll be using both of my equally efficient eyes together after surgery, does that mean the squint might not come back? Could you guide me on this?
