I'm noticing these black spots on my ankles, and they've been there for about a year now. There's no itching or pain, but I'm wondering if this might be something to worry about?

I accidentally burned my upper lip with wax while lighting a lantern, and the burn marks have been there for about two weeks now. Theyre quite visible, and Im getting worried. Could you suggest some remedies to help with the healing or reducing the marks on my lips?
