I'm noticing these black spots on my ankles, and they've been there for about a year now. There's no itching or pain, but I'm wondering if this might be something to worry about?

I'm having some trouble with my skin, specifically because of frozen chicken. Back in my home country, I never had any issues with eating chicken, but here, whenever I eat the frozen chicken, I get these acne breakouts on my face. They're painful and usually leave these black marks after they heal. I've noticed that when I eat fresh chicken from the market, my skin seems fine. I can try to avoid the frozen chicken, but I'm worried because there are still some face bumps that have been around for days, and I also have some old black scars. What can I do about these leftover marks and bumps?

I've been dealing with this annoying itch on my right butt cheek. It's kind of embarrassing to see a doctor in person about it. Could you suggest an ointment or gel that might help me get rid of it?

I recommend using hydrocortisone cream 1% for the itching on your right butt cheek. Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area twice a day for up to 7 days. Make sure to wash your hands before and after applying the cream.

Can any STIs be passed through a naked body-to-body massage? I'm really freaking out because I got a massage from a girl who was naked and she rubbed her whole body on me, including her breasts on my penis. We didn't have sex, and my penis didn't touch her vagina, but I'm still super worried. What are the risks?

sti will not be transmitted.
