I'm really concerned about asthma related to dust allergies. What can we do if someone is having trouble breathing and can't sit or sleep properly? What are the best steps to help manage in such situations?

I'm really worried because I just got my medical results back, and they said theres some white area on the chest X-ray, particularly on the lower side of my left chest. It caused my medical to be deemed unfit. What could this possibly mean, and what should I do next? Do I need further tests or treatments?

I'm dealing with a really stubborn dry cough that's been going on for over a month now. I've already tried taking Azee and Levoday antibiotics and used Ascoryl and Benadryl dry cough syrups, but nothing seems to be working. Any idea what else I could try or what might be going on?
