I'm really concerned about asthma related to dust allergies. What can we do if someone is having trouble breathing and can't sit or sleep properly? What are the best steps to help manage in such situations?

I'm a 20-year-old and overall pretty healthy, but lately, I've been having this weird issue when I try to breathe deeply. It feels like there's a little clog or something in my throat, and it's like my breath gets stuck there. I end up yawning a lot to try and get a deeper breath. It's really noticeable when I'm exercising, and it's becoming a bit of a problem. I don't have asthma or anything, so Im just wondering what might be going on and if there's anything I can do about it.

take pantop for 3 days if it doesn't solve , do endoscopy
