I'm really concerned about high uric acid levels, and I'm curious if there's a permanent way to manage or even cure it. My friend's level is around 8, and I'm wondering what kind of diet changes might help. Also, is there any effective treatment in alternative medicine for this?

I'm trying to understand the difference between the ANA test and the COVID antibody test. If someone has lupus, would they automatically test positive on a COVID antibody test? I'm just a bit confused about how these tests work, especially for those with autoimmune conditions.

No both are different

I've noticed something unusual these last couple of months. Whenever I have a drink, even just a little, I end up with pain in both my legs. It's weird because this starts about 23 hours after I drink, usually kicking in right when I'm trying to sleep, and sometimes it even lasts into the next day. Is this something you've heard of before, or should I be concerned enough to see a doctor?

I'm really concerned about this persistent neck pain I've had for the past three days. It's spread to my shoulders and sometimes even to my head, which really bothers me. I saw my primary physician, and I'm on some medication now. But this morning, I noticed my shoulders seemed a bit swollen, and there's this strange, hard muscle on the left side of my neck, right below my ear. It's not a visible lump, doesn't move, and isn't painful, but it's strange. Could it be a muscle issue? Oh, and I've had a common cold and a bit of cough at night, but no vomiting or fever. What do you think is going on?

it can swollen lymph nodes can be due to common cold
