View allI'm really worried because this morning I accidentally drank some water from a can that had a dead rat in it. Can anyone advise me on what I should do now? I'm pretty scared about it, please help!
Immediately rinse your mouth and throat with clean water, then drink plenty of safe water to help flush out your system; monitor yourself for symptoms like fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or abdominal pain, which can indicate leptospirosis or other waterborne illnesses;

I recently got some blood work done because I was worried about dengue. My results showed IgG negative, IgM weak positive, and NS1 AG negative, but my platelet count is normal at 2.78. I'm a bit confused about what all this meanscould I be having dengue right now? What should I be looking out for?
It is possible that you have a recent dengue infection. To manage the symptoms and aid in recovery, you can take Paracetamol 500mg every 6 hours for fever and body aches. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest.
