I'm really concerned about how long Trenaxa MF takes to stop heavy bleeding, especially since I have PCOS. I'm trying to figure out the right dosage for my condition but I'm unsure. Also, if the bleeding doesn't stop, how many doses should I take before I start getting worried? I'm just feeling a bit anxious about this whole thing and would appreciate some guidance.

View allI just had my TIFFA scan at 21 weeks, and it showed that my cervix length is 2.9 cm. Is this normal? My doctor mentioned it's on the shorter side. Should I be concerned? Can I still do exercises, or is there something else I should be doing?
A cervix length of 2.9 cm at 21 weeks is considered short, increasing the risk of preterm labor; your doctor may recommend cervical cerclage, progesterone supplements, or pelvic rest; exercises like Kegel's and pelvic tilts may be beneficial, but consult your doctor before starting any new exercises or treatments.

my mom had her uterus removed 25 days ago but she's eating very little and feels tightness in her stomach with pain below the navel is this normal after surgery or should we see her gynecologist when can we expect her to fully recover
It's understandable to be concerned about your mom's post-hysterectomy recovery, especially with her reduced appetite and pain. While some pain and discomfort are normal in the weeks following surgery, persistent pain and difficulty eating warrant further evaluation by her gynecologist. A full recovery can take several weeks, and it's important to monitor for signs of complications like infection.

I'm currently using a Symbicort 320 inhaler and I'm a bit worried about how to manage it after my c-section delivery. I'm concerned I might not be able to inhale it properly when the time comes, considering the incision and all. Could you advise me on any alternative medications I should consider for that period? I'm at 30 weeks and 0 days into my pregnancy today.
