I'm really concerned about my 10-year-old son. He's really into skating and does it quite well, but he runs out of breath quickly and gets tired faster than his peers. He also seems to have breathing problems after running. What can we do to help improve his stamina and make sure he's not struggling with his breathing?

I've been experiencing tightness in my throat and having some trouble breathing. I'm not sure who to see about this. Can you help me figure out which kind of doctor I should consult for these symptoms?
Postpartum backache and gas issues can be challenging. Possible causes: - Weakened core muscles after C-section - Postural changes during pregnancy and postpartum - Gas buildup due to slowed digestion or pressure on abdominal organs - Adhesions or scar tissue from C-section Consider: - Gentle exercises to strengthen core muscles - Good posture and body mechanics - Dietary changes (e.g., avoiding gas-producing foods) - Probiotics or digestive enzymes to aid digestion Consult your obstetrician or a physical therapist specializing in postpartum care for personalized guidance.
