I'm really concerned about my 10-year-old son. He's really into skating and does it quite well, but he runs out of breath quickly and gets tired faster than his peers. He also seems to have breathing problems after running. What can we do to help improve his stamina and make sure he's not struggling with his breathing?

I'm dealing with a dry cough related to my respiratory system and have an allergy to dust. Every now and then, I also experience some pain in my heart. This has been going on for about three years. Could this be something serious? Should I be worried about these symptoms? What could be causing this, and what should I do next?
Patient is advised syrup salbutomol 10 ml orally for 7 days, also sputum for AFB examination and chest xray pa view and complete blood count is advised to the patient.
