I'm really concerned about my asthma. I've had it for 30 years, but in the last two years, I've been experiencing this wheezing issue repeatedly. Every time I use the nebuliser or steroids, I feel better, but once I stop taking the steroids, the problem just comes back again. What should I do about this?

The thing is, she's only 15 and sometimes she also gets chest pain with it. It's been happening quite a lot. Can you please suggest what might be going on or what we should do?

I've been having some breathing trouble lately, not too severe, but I've noticed I keep yawning every 25 minutes or so. I haven't had any sneezing or coughing, just this annoying breathing issue. Do you have any idea what might be going on or what I should do?

I've been having these really scary moments just before I fall asleep where I stop breathing and wake up in like a full-on adrenaline rush. It's happening a lot, like 15 to 20 times back-to-back. I thought it was obstructive sleep apnea, so I tried using a CPAP, but that didn't solve it. Then I considered it might be a stomach acid thing and tried Nexium, but nope, still happening. Do you have any ideas about what could be causing this?
refer to psychiatrist
