I'm really concerned about my asthma. I've had it for 30 years, but in the last two years, I've been experiencing this wheezing issue repeatedly. Every time I use the nebuliser or steroids, I feel better, but once I stop taking the steroids, the problem just comes back again. What should I do about this?

I'm an asthma patient and I've been dealing with it for 15 years. I used to use the Seretide 500 inhaler, but lately, I haven't been able to find it. So now I'm using Asthalin 100, like 7 or 8 times a day with two puffs each time. Is this a problem?

I'm really concerned because I've been having black-colored phlegm for about a month and a half now. I quit smoking two months ago, and I'm wondering what could be causing this. I've attached some photos for reference. Can you help me understand what's going on? I'm feeling pretty scared.
