I'm really concerned about my breathing issues because I've been diagnosed with Interstitial Lung Disease and it's causing a lot of flare-ups. Could you help me understand what Usual Interstitial Pneumonia is? How can I manage or prevent these flare-ups in my lungs? I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed and would really appreciate some advice.

View allI'm really curious about something. I quit smoking in February, and since then, whenever I clear my throat with a lot of effort, I notice dark particles in my phlegm. I'm not coughing and don't have any other symptoms, but this has me a bit concerned. Could this be something to worry about, or is it a normal part of the process after quitting smoking?

I'm dealing with mediastinal lymph node TB and I was wondering about my situation. I've been through CECT and EBUS, and the size was initially 7cm x 3cm. I used to have a fever, but thankfully that's gone now. However, I'm still coughing quite a bitaround 15 to 20 times a day. I've been on treatment for three and a half months, and my doctor told me it would be an eight-month-long process. Is this typical? I'm currently abroad, so I'm trying to figure out when to repeat the CECT. We've already done it twice since we had to travel, but the size hadn't reduced two months ago. Can you give me some guidance on this?
repeat cect after 6 months

I'm noticing blood in my cough every other day, but it's only a small amount, like less than 5ml. I've already checked, and my TB report came back negative, plus my chest X-ray looked normal. Lately, I've been having this pain in my throat too. What could be going on? Should I be worried about something serious?
there might be infection. take one course of antibiotic
