I've got a chest X-ray report that mentions subtle prominent bronchovascular markings in both lungs. Is this something to worry about? What should I do next?

I usually just smoke 1 to 2 cigarettes a day and drink alcohol on Sundays, but this tight feeling in my lungs just doesn't go away. Could this be related to my smoking habits or maybe something else? I'm a bit worried and would love some advice.

I've been experiencing this weird, persistent cough once a day or so, and each time it comes with this white, sticky phlegm. It only seems to stop after I somehow manage to clear it all out. Sometimes I even have to force myself to vomit just to get it out of my throat. Also, I've noticed a whistling or wheezing sound when I breathe in while Im coughing. Could you help me figure out what's going on, and suggest who I should reach out to for help?
