I'm really concerned about my friend who had TB, and he finished his treatment back in February 2017. But just this February 2018, he got a chest x-ray, and it showed some issues. We have the x-ray report, but we're not sure what it means or what to do next. Could you help us understand the report and suggest any treatments?

View allMy grandpa's been having a tough time with a serious mucus issue lately. It's like every day he's struggling to spit it out. And recently, the coughing and spitting seem to have ramped up even more. He's on some meds and using a pof blower, but it's not really doing the trick. Do you have any idea what might help?

My mom is 66, 45 inches tall and weighs 52 kg. She has COPD and severe sleep apnea but has been using CPAP for 2 months now. Also has thyroid issues, BP and anxiety. Found multiple 8mm gallstones with very mild occasional pain but no vomiting, fever and good appetite. Is she okay to go ahead with surgery next month or should we wait?
This condition may require clinical evaluation to determine the exact cause and treatment. Some cases can be managed conservatively, while others may need surgical intervention depending on size, symptoms, and severity. Regular follow-up is important to monitor progress.
