I've been on TB medication for 9 months now. I weighed 50 kg at the start, but now I'm up to 69 kg, and I do feel less tired. The issue is that I sometimes get a slight pain in the upper part of my chest when I take a deep breath while standing. It's strange because I don't feel any pain if I'm lying down and doing the same thing, and I actually breathe easier after a workout. It's really been bothering me. I've had TB and then caught COVID, and now I'm having chest pain and trouble breathing again. I'm wondering if I should get an HRCT or an MRI of my chest to check my lungs. I've had a few HRCTs before, but they have radiation, which worries me. Can you tell me which option might be better?

I'm really worried about my mom. She seems to have some sort of lung issue because she's feeling fatigued a lot and has trouble breathing even just walking short distances or using the stairs.
