I'm really concerned about my friend who had TB, and he finished his treatment back in February 2017. But just this February 2018, he got a chest x-ray, and it showed some issues. We have the x-ray report, but we're not sure what it means or what to do next. Could you help us understand the report and suggest any treatments?

Sputum for AFB,microscopy, x-ray chest pa view,complete blood count,esr and pulmonary function tests are advised to the patient.

I'm really worried and feeling quite anxious. I had COVID last month and was doing fine, but now, 15 days into recovery, I've started having a productive cough and some mild pain when I cough. I got an X-ray that showed hilar lymphadenopathy. My oxygen is at 99, blood pressure is normal, and I don't have a fever. I just got my CBC count done and attached the report. I'm terrified about what this might mean. Is this something serious? Will I be okay? Here's the treatment I'm currently on: Monocef O CV, Amcon, Mucinac 600, and today they added Deflacort 6. Can you help me understand what's going on and what I should do next?

I've been having trouble breathing for the last few months, and the mucus is really thick and white. After I eat, it gets a bit worse, almost like my chest feels heavy. I've already done a chest X-ray and a complete blood test, and everything came out normal. With the whole COVID situation, I can't really go to a hospital right now. Do you have any idea what might be going on or what I should do next?
Patient is advised tab augmentin 625 mg ,orally, thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days and syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice dailly for 7 days .
