View allI'm really worried about my dad, he's 62 and he's been coughing up quite a lot of blood, like 300 to 500 ml. He had TB treatment about 25 years ago, and now it seems like scars in his right lung have reactivated. Theyre even suggesting he might need his right lung removed. The scan shows segmental consolidation in the right lower lobe, multiple emphysematous bullae in the right upper and lower lobes, and some pleural thickening in the lower hemithorax. What does all this mean, and what should we do next? Is removing the lung really necessary, or are there other options?
keep antibiotics on , and follow nearby pulmonologist

I'm looking at my chest X-ray and I'm a bit anxious. Can you tell me if everything looks okay? How does it compare to what a normal X-ray should look like? I had COVID about 1.5 months ago and I'm just trying to make sure my recovery is on track.

I've been dealing with bronchitis and asthma for around 4 years now. It tends to flare up seasonally, especially around September to October and February to March, and unfortunately, I usually end up in the hospital during those times. I'm also allergic to dust, and I'm not sure if these issues are due to my allergies, the change of seasons, or maybe both. I just had a chest X-ray done, and it shows a lung infection, plus my chest and lungs get clogged with a lot of cough during these periods. Could you give me some advice on how to manage or even cure these problems?
avoid exposure to morning cold. start taking steam inhalation atleast 4 -5 times per day
