I'm really concerned about my friend's situation because his wife's vaginal area is too tight and it's making sex really difficult for them. He reached out to me for advice and I suggested they try a water-based lube since I had read about it online somewhere, but I'm not sure which one is the safest or most effective without side effects. What would you recommend for them?

Taking expired Augmentin may reduce its effectiveness, but it's unlikely to cause harm. However, as a breastfeeding mother, it's essential to consider the potential impact on your baby. Augmentin is generally considered safe for breastfeeding, but expired medication may affect its safety profile. Consult your healthcare provider or a lactation expert for personalized advice on continuing breastfeeding.

I've been dealing with soreness in one of my nipples for a few days now, and its really uncomfortable when I touch it. A few months back, I had some discharge from the same nipple and underwent an ultrasound and several blood tests, but everything came back negative. Ive been on birth control pills for about 7 years. Any ideas on why I might be experiencing this pain, even though there's no discharge or other issues right now?
there might be some hormonal changes so you are getting pain. apply primrose oil every night for 1 month it will reduce your pain
