I'm really concerned about my health and I recently got a sputum examination done on the advice of my local doctor. Could you help me understand if the results are showing anything abnormal or if there's a possibility I might have TB?

I'm really concerned about my dad. He's dealing with ILD and I've noticed lately that he keeps mentioning a constant feeling of nausea. I've been noticing a hissing sound when I inhale, and honestly, it's been happening on and off for about 15 years now. Lately though, like for the last 6 months, it's been popping up way more, like every few days. It's especially noticeable in cooler weather or if I'm around dust, sneezing, laughing really hard, or even when I'm climbing up hills or stairs like to the third floor. It's starting to worry me, and I'm not sure what's going on. Could you give me some guidance on what might be causing this?
