I've been dealing with asthma and allergic rhinitis since I was a kid. Lately, I've noticed that every evening I get this wheezing sound, and while using the asthalin or Foracort inhaler helps, it just flares up again after a few hours. I'm also on Montelukast and Fexofenadine, and sometimes Levocetrizine before bed. The rhinitis seems to have gotten worse in the past few weeks, and I've started sweating more than usual.
