I'm really worried about my dad. He's 76 and has been dealing with COPD for 7 years. Just recently, he had a secondary infection causing respiratory failure type 2. At the moment, he's on 0.5 O2 to keep his oxygen level at 94. His latest abc report shows pco2 at 40 and po2 at 66. Besides COPD, he only has thyroid issues.
