I'm wondering if pneumonia and tuberculosis leave the same kind of scar on your lungs after you've been treated. Could the scarring look similar, or do they have distinct differences? Just trying to understand what kind of impact these infections might have long-term.

Ive been having a bit of a struggle with breathlessness even when climbing just a couple of floors, which is unusual for me since Im generally healthy and active. Not too long ago, I had a nasty infection and was coughing up a lot of yellow-green phlegm. It went on for nearly a week, and during that time, I found myself gasping for breath like it was asthma, though it didnt turn into a full-blown attack. I used an inhaler to help with the breathing. An Ayurvedic doctor mentioned that I have very shallow breath intake and low lung capacity. Could you provide some advice or suggest ways to improve this?
Patient is advised tab augmentin 625 mg ,orally, thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days and syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice dailly for 7 days .E cg and x-ray chest pa view is also advised to the patient.
