It seems like the fungal infection on your leg is not responding to the current treatment. I recommend trying an antifungal cream containing Clotrimazole 1% twice a day for at least 2 weeks. In addition, you can take oral antifungal medication like Fluconazole 150mg once a week for 4 weeks. Make sure to keep the affected area clean and dry, and wear loose-fitting cotton clothing to help the healing process.
