I'm really concerned about my wife. She started having sudden shivering at night, and it's the third day of her monthly period. There's no fever, so I gave her hot milk and a 650 mg dose of paracetamol. I'm trying to understand what might be causing this. Could it be related to her period, or is there something else going on?

Shivering may be caused due to hormonal imbalance or dehydration and muscle cramps. It is advisable to get a blood test done for safety, but there should be no major cause for concern.

View allI'm really young and feeling awkward about my large breasts. I'm looking for some advice on creams or treatments to reduce their size. I came across this VLCC firming cream, but I'm hesitant to try it because I'm worried about potential side effects. Since I'm unmarried, surgery isn't really an option for me. Could you suggest anything?
For breast reduction without surgery, consider consulting a general surgeon for personalized advice; some herbal and natural remedies like saw palmetto, turmeric, or ginger may help, but their effectiveness is largely anecdotal; as for creams, VLCC's breast firming cream may help with toning, but its effectiveness for reduction is uncertain, and be cautious of potential side effects like skin irritation or allergic reactions.

I'm really worried because my period usually starts on the 17th, but after having sex with my boyfriend on the 23rd, I got pregnant. I took an i-pill right after, and my period came early on the 2nd, which got me really stressed out. Now it's the 3rd, and I'm still not having my period. What should I do?

I've been married for 3 months and just found out I have a 5cm chocolate cyst. Is there any way to treat it without surgery? I'm really worried about what this means for my health and future.
