I'm really concerned and was wondering how much oxygen someone with a positive COVID-19 diagnosis typically needs? Can you explain the process and what signs to watch for when oxygen might be necessary? Appreciate any insights you can share.

I'm really worried about my dad, he's 63 and was found COVID positive about 6 days ago. His CT scan showed 50% lung damage and he's been struggling with swallowing food. He hasn't eaten anything for the past 15 days and he's not on constant oxygen, though sometimes he needs it when his oxygen levels drop. Can any doctor advise on what we should do next?
Tab Azithromycin 500mg,orally.once daily for 5 days is advised,tab pan ,orally,once daily and tab paracetamol 500mg sos for fever is advised to the patient.
