I'm really concerned because a friend of mine has been diagnosed with abdomen TB. I wanted to ask if this type of TB can spread through coughing or sneezing, or if it's not infectious like that. Is it safe for us to talk without wearing masks?

I tested positive for Covid-19 about 20 days ago and spent 15 days in home isolation. I just got tested again 19 days later, and it still came back positive. Is there a chance Im still spreading the virus to others? Do I have to keep staying away from family and friends, or can I start seeing them again? Also, is it okay for me to go back to work now?

I'm really worried about some symptoms I've been having. There's swelling in the gland under my jaw at the mandibular angle, and my lymph nodes on the right side of my neck are enlarged. I've been dealing with a discontinuous fever, a headache, and I just can't seem to eat muchIve lost some weight and feel fatigued all the time. I have a history of typhoid, and sometimes I get a sore throat. Theres been a slight decrease in the gland size after some treatment, but Im still concerned. What could this be, and should I be doing anything else?

I'm based in Pune and have been dealing with Tubercular Lymphadenopathy for the last 9 months, but I can still feel swollen nodes on the left side of my neck. I'm worried because even after all this treatment, the size hasn't gone down. Could you recommend a well-experienced specialist in Pune who can help me with this?

Ideally the swelling also should come down,as it is still persisting, visit Physician for follow up and appropriate treatment.
