I've been recovering from typhoid that was diagnosed back on January 16, 2018. I don't have a fever anymore, just a bit of weakness and some leg pain. I'm wondering if it's okay to start working again. Also, is there a chance I'm still contagious? And since my typhoid relapsed after two years, is there any treatment available that could prevent this from happening again?

View allI'm getting a bit worried because a couple of months back, a street dog tried to bite me but didn't really get a good grip. It left a small wound on my thigh just with one of its teeth, and I cleaned it up with Dettol right afterward. It's been over two months now, and its almost healed there's just a little dark spot left. Everything seemed fine, but now Im starting to get anxious about whether I could've picked up any infections or viruses from it. I see the same dog around regularly, so I can identify it if that helps. What should I do to check if Im all clear from any infections or viruses from the encounter?

I got bitten by a female monkey on my left hand's ring finger, and it's been bleeding and has a small wound. I washed it with antiseptic and tincture Iodine, but now the finger is a bit swollen and stiff. I had a tetanus shot back in November 2016. Should I be worried about this, and what should I do next?
Get a Tetanus shot and complete Anti Rabies treatment as soon as possible

I'm worried about dengue spreading between people. If my wife has dengue and we kiss, could I get infected too?
Dengue is primarily spread through the bite of infected Aedes mosquitoes. It is not spread through direct person-to-person contact such as kissing. However, it is important to take precautions to prevent mosquito bites, especially if your wife has dengue. You can use mosquito repellents containing DEET, wear long-sleeved clothing, and use mosquito nets to reduce the risk of mosquito bites. If you develop symptoms of dengue such as high fever, severe headache, pain behind the eyes, joint and muscle pain, rash, and mild bleeding (e.g., nosebleeds, bleeding gums), you should seek medical attention.
