I'm really concerned because I have these white birthmarks that are spreading slowly, and I feel like they're making me look unattractive. My skin is of medium complexion, and I'm thinking about whitening my entire body. Can anyone tell me how long that might take if I want to avoid surgery? I've been dealing with some itching around my scrotum and penis area, and a urologist said its mild folliculitis baaltod.
