I'm really concerned because I've been experiencing a lot of heat on my head lately, and it's been accompanied by excessive hair fall. I consulted a doctor and even started taking some tablets, but they haven't seemed to make any difference. Could there be something else going on or another treatment I should consider?

I'm dealing with a cracked foreskin and I'm trying to figure out the best ointment to use. Should I go with Cadiderma or Betamil GM for this? Also, Im wondering if I need to take Fluconazole oral tablets as well. Could you give me some guidance?
