I'm really concerned because I've been experiencing a lot of heat on my head lately, and it's been accompanied by excessive hair fall. I consulted a doctor and even started taking some tablets, but they haven't seemed to make any difference. Could there be something else going on or another treatment I should consider?

It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of scalp inflammation and hair loss. To help reduce the heat on your head and address the hair fall, you can try using a medicated shampoo containing Ketoconazole 2% to help with scalp inflammation. View allI'm dealing with some redness on the glans of my penis and have been applying Fucibet. Is this the right treatment for my situation? If not, can you suggest something else or offer any advice?
Redness on the glans of the penis can be a sign of inflammation or infection. It is important to keep the area clean and dry. You can apply an over-the-counter antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% twice a day for 1-2 weeks. If the redness persists or is accompanied by other symptoms such as pain, discharge, or fever, please consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and management.

I've been noticing that my complexion has become really dull and dark recently. I used to have a pretty fair complexion, but ever since I started my weight loss journey and lost about 8 kgs by going to the gym regularly, it's like my skin has been affected negatively. I look pale and dull and have lost that bright glow. Can you suggest anything for this? Oh, and I should mention my skin is oily, prone to acne, and also quite sensitive.
To help improve your skin tone and regain the glow, you can try using a topical cream containing Vitamin C and Niacinamide. These ingredients can help brighten the skin and even out the complexion. Additionally, using a sunscreen with at least SPF 30 daily can protect your skin from further damage and darkening. For your oily and acne-prone skin, you can use a gentle cleanser containing salicylic acid to help control oil production and prevent breakouts.
