I'm really concerned because I've been using panderm plus for 4 years now, and I'm trying to stop using it. But I'm experiencing some side effects like itching and just overall dryness. Do you have any advice or solutions for me?

I've been dealing with a pimple on my face for about 3 to 4 months, and I used Dettol on it. My skin burned in that spot, and now the burned skin is gone, but a black mark is left behind. It's getting darker as days go by. What can I do about it?

The dark mark, likely a post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) scar, can be treated with topical creams or serums containing ingredients like hydroquinone, kojic acid, or niacinamide; consult a dermatologist for a proper evaluation and personalized advice, and in the meantime, use sunscreen with at least SPF 30 daily and avoid picking or scratching the area to prevent further darkening.

I'm dealing with some serious hair fall and hair loss, and I'm currently on isotretinoin for my acne. I'm worried because the hair fall is getting really bad, and I'm afraid I might go bald soon. I can't stop the acne treatment because it's severe, but is there anything I can do about the hair loss? Can isotretinoin be causing this? Any advice would be appreciated.

there is no such relation between isotretinoin and hairfall infact it indirectly helps in nourishing your hair, there are many causes for hairfall, visit your dermatologist for evaluation and appropriate tretament, consume balanced diet with extra protien for healthy hair and skin.

Ive been dealing with this issue where the skin around my nose and chin is darker than the rest of my face. I even spoke to a dermatologist about it and tried the medicines and skin peeling methods they recommended, but they only seem to work as long as I keep using them. As soon as I stop, the darkness comes back. The rest of my face is much fairer in comparison. How can I get rid of this problem permanently?

While products like niacinamide and vitamin C can be effective, they require consistent use over several months to show noticeable results. Avoid harsh or bleaching agents that promise quick results, as they can cause further irritation and damage.
