I've noticed a tiny white seed-like thing just under the skin on the shaft of my penis, right below the head, for about 6 months now. It's not painful, hasn't changed or grown, and I can even move it around a bit under the skin. It's a bit smaller than a sunflower seed. Lots of people seem to have asked about this but I haven't found any clear answers. What could this be and is it something that can or should be removed?
Clopivate cream for local application is advise for 7 days, if any side -effects dermatologist opinion is advised .
