I'm really not feeling well and it's mostly in my chest area, so I went to get it checked out at an MRI center. They did a CT scan, and I'm looking for some feedback on it. Could you take a look and let me know what's going on?

I'm checking my oxymeter, and it's showing a reading of 97. I'm a bit worried though because I read somewhere that oxymeters also pick up carboxyhemoglobin, so the real oxygen level might actually be below 90, maybe even 80. I've been feeling restless and anxious about this. I have some breathing issues, like I get tired when just eating or talking. Plus, when I wake up, I can really feel the air passing through my nose and throat, but my throat feels swollen. I'm on an Ayurvedic treatment for acidity for the past two months since I tried allopathy for one and a half months before, but it didn't work, and the issue keeps coming back. I also experience body pain and weakness. I had a chest X-ray, CBC, sugar test, abdomen sonography, and kidney function test about 15-20 days ago, and everything was normal. So, is it alright to rely on the oxymeter reading in my situation?

I've been dealing with asthma for a couple of years now, and I've been on telekast, Acebrophylline, and montelukast for about a year. Lately, Ive been experiencing this burning sensation in my chest and sometimes I feel anxious or confused, and I've been having some really vivid bad dreams. I'm starting to think it might be the montelukast causing these issues. Are there other medications I could try for my allergies?
